4-H meetings start in September and run until May with the summer time for showing. Meetings are held at WSF and involve studying for Quiz Bowls, Judging, Hypology and a Activities Day with many of the children competing at state level competition and achieving Nationals in many of the divisions. The County Judging contest is held on the property of Wingedspur Ranch. For Fun the children play bareback tag on the horses, have games, go on overnights stays and have a Christmas Party with games and exchange of gifts. The 4-H also has bake sales, yard sales, visit nursing homes and make gifts and visit the Animal Rescue.
